All orders are to be picked up at 11 am at the Shine Pet Store. We have special fridge for orders to be picked up for customers who opt out of home delivery.
Please note that all orders must be picked up between 11 - 11:15 am – no exceptions.

$10 delivery fee - Within 8 miles of downtown Santa Fe

No, we cannot change or make any adjustments to the weekly menus once posted.
If a request is made that’s outside of the weekly menu, we will consider it a private chef experience that is $95/hr plus the cost of ingredients.

All soups and juices are packed in 16oz jars and are returnable.

Meeting your specific dietary needs is our specialty. However, we may not be able to accommodate all of your dietary needs with our weekly menu experience.
When placing your order, please note if you’d like us to omit any ingredient or place it on the side. If we can’t accommodate, you are welcome to use inquire about our private chef experience where we can customize the menu to meet your specific needs.

Yes, please email or text us to cancel your order prior to 24 hours before your delivery/pick-up.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery, however 50% of the total will be retained to cover costs & time.
